HELIA DEHGHANI

Helia Dehghani, Esq. is the founder and principal attorney at DG Legal, P.A., a boutique law firm dedicated to providing tailored legal solutions for entrepreneurs, companies, and in-house legal teams. Drawing on her experience litigating complex business disputes in both federal and state courts, Helia brings a pragmatic and proactive approach to transactional law—helping clients prevent problems before they arise. DG Legal supports a wide range of commercial needs, from reviewing low-dollar vendor agreements to structuring and negotiating high-value M&A deals.

Prior to launching DG Legal, Helia practiced at respected South Florida litigation firms, where she managed commercial disputes involving real estate, shareholder conflicts, and contractual issues from start to finish. She routinely advised corporate clients on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute avoidance strategies—experience that now informs her sharp eye for deal-making and strategic planning.

Helia’s work is grounded in her belief that legal services should be responsive, clear, and aligned with business goals. Helia earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
